Fire Safe valve is equipped with Teflon seat and metal seat at the same time. It is designed by that before occurring a fire, Teflon seat works for "Bubble-tight" sealing and when a fire occurs and Teflon seat is burned out, then the metal seat works in order to keep the sealing.

Since it has a distinguished seat design compared with other company's products, it is became to be maximized the manufacturing process and also, it was developed with the maximized strong point of Teflon and metal seat.

The valve is exposed to flame for 30 min. and keep the average temp.
750℃ ~1,000℃ and then, cooled down to below 100℃ within 5 min.

Measuring the leakage q'ty when the valve is exposed to flame and cooled down.
