KB Valve Technology's new model uses precision casting techniques to dramatically improve the quality of the product (see pictures).
1. Due to the nature of precision casting techniques using ceramic molds, a beautiful appearance with a uniform surface can be obtained compared to conventional methods.
2. It provides source material similar to end product so we can reduce machining process/tool/manpower to shorten delivery time.
3. Against the conventional casting process, it barely produces casting defect so casting treatment such as weld repair does not require rarely.

KB Valve Technology의 신형 모델은 정밀주조공법을 사용하여 제품(사진 참조)의 품질을 획기적으로 향상시켰습니다.
1. 세라믹 주형을 사용하는 정밀주조 공법의 특성상 기존의 공법에 비해 균일한 표면을 가진 미려한 외관을 얻을 수 있습니다.
2. 최종 제품과 거의 일치하는 주조를 이용하여 가공 일정/가공 공수를 획기적으로 줄여 단축된 납기에 제품 공급이 가능합니다.
3. 전통적인 주조 방식에 비하여, 주조결함의 발생이 적어 보수용접 등의 후처리 공정이 거의 발생하지 않습니다.
